- In-house equipment
We own our interpreter booths, transmitters and receivers, audio and video equipment, and LED displays, so no middleman margins are involved. - Direct procurement
Our LED displays are procured directly from a manufacturer with which we hold an exclusive contract, allowing us to balance quality and price. - Single-source operations
Because interpretation, equipment, and streaming are provided by one company, the time spent coordinating between vendors and running integration tests is eliminated. - Itemized quotes
We state clearly what costs what, and you are welcome to discuss removing any items you do not need.

We ask in detail about the purpose of your conference, the number of participants, the equipment required, and the event format. - Quote presented
We present a quote with an itemized breakdown. This normally takes a few business days from the needs assessment. - Adjustment and formal order
We align on the details, and once you are satisfied, the formal order is placed.
Confertech welcomes comparison with quotes from other providers. Our aim is not simply to come in below another price, but to offer you either the same quality at a fairer price or higher quality at a comparable price.
