Zoom / Teams / Dedicated RSI
Low-Latency, High-Quality Online Interpretation

From remote interpretation that makes use of the interpretation features built into conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex, through to the deployment of dedicated remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI) platforms, we provide comprehensive support for simultaneous and consecutive interpretation in online meetings. Even for meetings with overseas speakers or participants joining from multiple locations, we deliver low-latency, high-quality multilingual communication. Process

Five Steps from Inquiry to Live Operation

  1. Consultation
We ask about the platform you will use, the number of participants, the languages required, and the format of the event (webinar / meeting).
  2. Proposal and Quote
We compare interpretation methods (standard platform features / RSI / studio-based operation) and propose the optimal configuration.
  3. Interpreter Assignment and Advance Document Sharing
We select interpreters suited to the agenda and subject area. Materials are shared in advance and terminology is confirmed.
  4. Advance Connection Testing and Rehearsal
Before the event, we verify audio quality, interpretation channel operation, and the participant flow.
  5. Live Operation and Monitoring
On the day, our technical staff monitor continuously and respond immediately if any issue arises.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Which is better, Zoom’s interpretation channel feature or an RSI platform?
A. The best answer depends on the number of participants, the number of locations, and your quality requirements. In many cases Zoom’s interpretation feature is sufficient, but when higher quality or simultaneous operation in multiple languages is required, we recommend RSI.

Q. Can we still request your services if we arrange the interpreters ourselves?
A. Yes, you are welcome to request technical operations only. We handle platform configuration, connection testing, and live monitoring on your behalf.

Q. We would like to add interpretation to a hybrid event combining an on-site venue and online participation. Is that possible?
A. We can integrate interpreter booth operations at the venue with the delivery of interpretation audio to online participants. For details, please also see our Video Streaming page.
