Q1. Are quotes free of charge?
A. Yes, we provide quotes free of charge. As long as the content and approximate scale of your meeting have been decided, we can also give you a preliminary estimate.

Q2. At what stage should I contact you?
A. We welcome inquiries from the earliest planning stages. Contacting us while you are still selecting a venue or considering the meeting format allows us to propose the most suitable setup.

Q3. Can you accommodate urgent requests?
A. It depends on the availability of equipment, staff, and interpreters, but we will do everything we can to accommodate you. We also make every effort to respond to quote requests the same day.

Q4. You say you welcome comparisons with other companies’ quotes — is that really all right?
A. Yes, we welcome them. We believe that comparing pricing and services objectively is the best way to understand what makes Confertech different.

Q5. Can I request interpreters only, or equipment only?
A. Yes, we can accommodate either. We also work flexibly alongside any arrangements you have already made yourself.

Q6. What specialized fields do your interpreters cover?
A. We cover a wide range of fields, including medicine, law, finance, IT, energy, international relations, and manufacturing.

Q7. Can I review an interpreter’s background and experience in advance?
A. Yes. Based on the details of your request, we will provide the background and track record of the interpreters we propose.

Q8. Should I choose simultaneous or consecutive interpretation?
A. The best choice depends on the meeting format, duration, and number of participants. Once we understand your requirements, we will recommend the format that suits them best.

Equipment

Equipment Rental and Streaming

Q9. Can I rent equipment only?
A. Yes, we can provide equipment rental alone. That said, entrusting us with setup and operation as well gives you greater peace of mind in terms of quality and safety.

Q10. Can I hire you even if we use the venue’s built-in PA and video systems?
A. Yes. We can inspect the venue’s equipment and operate in conjunction with it, and we will handle coordination with the venue’s technical staff as well.

Q11. Which streaming platform should I choose?
A. The best choice depends on factors such as the size of your audience, how widely the stream will be available, and whether participants need to interact. We can advise you on platform selection from the outset.

Q12. Can you also edit the recorded footage?
A. Yes. On request, we can handle editing, adding subtitles, chapter marking, and preparing the final edit for publication.

Q13. Can you support conferences held overseas?
A. Please get in touch with us. Depending on the nature of the project, we can propose an operational plan that includes working with local partners.

Q14. Can you handle highly confidential meetings?
A. Yes. Where necessary, we will conclude a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before proceeding. Our staff are committed to rigorous information management.

Q15. Do you accept payment by invoice?
A. Yes, as a rule we work on an invoice basis with payment by bank transfer. Please consult us regarding payment terms.
