   We conduct a site survey as needed, and organize the placement of the interpreter booths, the cable routing, and the audio systems.
3. Interpreter Assignment and Advance Meeting
   We select interpreters suited to the agenda and the field of expertise, and hold an advance meeting to share documents and confirm terminology.
4. On-Site Setup and Live Operation
   Our on-site staff handle everything from load-in and setup through rehearsal, the live event, and teardown.
5. Post-Event Follow-Up
   We accommodate your requests after the event, including a review of the proceedings and delivery of recording media.

A. This depends on the availability of equipment and interpreters, but we accommodate requests wherever possible. The earlier you contact us, the more reliably we can assist you.

Q. Can you support a hybrid format combining online and in-person venues?
A. Yes, we have extensive experience operating simultaneous interpretation for hybrid streaming. We design the entire chain, through to sending the interpretation audio to the streaming platform.
