Overview

Essential to Every International Conference
Interpreter Booths and Transmitters and Receivers from a Single Source

For international conferences, conventions, shareholder meetings, press conferences, and any other setting that calls for real-time communication in multiple languages, we provide everything from simultaneous interpretation booths, transmitters and receivers, and earphones through to interpreter operations from a single point of contact. Confertech owns its own interpreter booths, which comply with ISO standards, and proposes the optimal equipment configuration for the size of your venue and the number of participants from the planning stage onward. We provide consistent support, from arranging interpreters well versed in the theme and terminology of your conference through to equipment operation and teardown on the day of the event.

Process

Five Steps from Inquiry to Live Operation

  1. Consultation and Quote
We ask about the scale of your conference, the number of participants, the number of languages required, and the details of your venue, then issue a quote for the optimal equipment configuration.
  2. Site Survey and Technical Planning
We conduct a site survey as needed, and organize the placement of the interpreter booths, the cable routing, and the audio systems.
  3. Interpreter Assignment and Advance Meeting
We select interpreters suited to the agenda and the field of expertise, and hold an advance meeting to share documents and confirm terminology.
  4. On-Site Setup and Live Operation
Our on-site staff handle everything from load-in and setup through rehearsal, the live event, and teardown.
  5. Post-Event Follow-Up
We accommodate your requests after the event, including a review of the proceedings and delivery of recording media.
